Investing in a clearer work-winning process

01 · Operations

Phased implementation, clear roadmap

We will define a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for day one, ensuring core sales and marketing processes are established quickly. Subsequent phases will be clearly mapped out, providing a detailed roadmap for future enhancements and integrations, including your Business Central and Fabric data warehouse plans.

02 · Leadership

Senior ownership, collaborative approach

Your project will be managed by an experienced consultant, ensuring senior oversight and a collaborative partnership. We will work closely with your team, including Keith as project manager, to align on objectives and proactively address any challenges, maintaining transparency throughout.

03 · RevOps

Single Source of Truth, data integrity

Our implementation focuses on establishing HubSpot as the Single Source of Truth for your work-winning activities. We will meticulously plan data migration from Merlin and integrate with key systems like Bridget, ensuring accurate, accessible data and reliable reporting for your Tenza programme.

04 · Operations

We prioritise user adoption through tailored training and change management strategies, ensuring your teams embrace the new system. Our approach minimises disruption, focusing on making HubSpot intuitive and valuable, with ongoing support to foster self-sufficiency and continuous improvement.

6 months after go-live

What good looks like 6 months from now.

Not aspirations, the working state Knights Brown is investing to reach.

Leadership01

A Single Source of Truth is established. A shared view of future work.

Prospects, live tenders and outcomes are recorded consistently, giving leaders visibility across regions without gathering updates from individual trackers.

RevOps02

Teams know what to progress next.

Prospect owners can see the status, history and next action for their opportunities, with relevant client and framework context close to hand.

Sales03

Tender reporting supports daily decisions.

Agreed tender statuses and responsibilities feed a usable reporting view, shaped around the information Knights Brown relies on today.

Operations04

The data is more dependable. Data-driven decisions become possible.

Clear ownership and required information reduce gaps in records, making pipeline and tender reports more useful for planning and review.

RevOps05

Bid decisions follow a consistent process.

Teams record the agreed assessment and decision before progressing a prospect to tender, helping them focus effort on the right opportunities.

Operations06

CRM adoption becomes embedded.

The platform is how the business runs, adoption stops being a project.
