A phased approach
A clear shape to the engagement before the week-by-week journey, each phase is a commitment, not a checkpoint.
Implement the approved HubSpot operating model, migrate and rationalise QContact data, connect marketing and sales, launch core pipelines and reporting, train users and establish a clean CRM foundation for Ascend.
Use live adoption and reporting data to refine processes, improve automation and cross-sell, optimise lead handling and prepare the operating model for additional users, teams and acquired brokerages.
Run a separate technical integration discovery to define the high-value Acturis signals HubSpot genuinely needs, agree source-of-truth and sync rules, then scope and price the custom integration separately.
Apply the proven CRM model to future acquired brokerages, separately scoping their data, users, brands, permissions, migrations, training and Business Unit requirements as each business joins Ascend. Sequencing of Phases 2 to 4 may change with Ascend's acquisition programme and commercial priorities.
You're in safe hands
Every engagement runs through twelve connected workstreams, a single approach to improving how the business operates, not just how the platform is configured.
Sessions to lock in objectives, surface gaps and shape the roadmap.
Objective
Translate the business context into a clear, prioritised operational roadmap, so every downstream decision is anchored to commercial outcomes rather than platform features.
